Loveday staff: create white-label client orgs, manage SSO, and suspend or activate workspaces.

Platform is for Loveday operators only. Client admins manage their own team under Settings — they never see this page.

Platform admin with client organizations
Create clients by name, slug, type (OEM / agency / dealer owner), and first admin email.

Client orgs

  • Slug becomes the subdomain (for example shift.yourdomain.com).
  • Suspend / activate — cut off or restore workspace access.
  • Add admins — bootstrap client operators without SQL.
  • SSO connections — register IdP metadata; optional Enforce SSO for email domains.
